About North Padre Island
Most of the island's rental homes and condos sit in a compact strip between Whitecap Beach on the Gulf side and the canals and Laguna Madre on the bay side. That means the choice is less about which town to stay in and more about what you want outside the door: Gulf views and a short walk to the sand, or a canal-side unit with water access on the bay side.
