The Oceanview Oasis was an incredible find, and a fantastic place to stay! The view was stunning and the room was nice and roomy with 2 large and comfortable beds. We were able to walk right down to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and the beach itself was clean with very few people around. We made several meals here and had everything we needed to cook. Shawn was very responsive and helpful, and we will definitely be back!
Shawn’s place at Island House was absolutely wonderful! The views from the balcony were spectacular — the beach was right outside our door, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet the condo was inside once the balcony doors were shut. It made for such a restful stay. Even though we were only there for three nights, we truly enjoyed every minute. If you’re not actually on the beach, the boardwalk is literally right out the back door and stretches for a couple of miles, which made for beautiful walks and amazing scenery. Huge kudos to Shawn for providing such a relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay. We would definitely love to come back again!

Exactly the weekend trip we needed. The perfect location to make music. The place was perfect for a family of 6. Plenty of space and comofrtable furnishings. Teo of the kids sleps in sleeping bags on the couch. What makes this place is the view. The sound of those waves is amazing. Ive stayed at kany beachfront locations….this one is number 1 for the sound of those waves crashing in. You really are that close to it. So book the trip and stay here already! What are you waiting for!? Dont wait cause if I see a weekend open, im gunna grab it. ;)

6 guests maximum Please be advised! **** There are only 2 beds, a couch and love seat. **** We allow up to 6 guests per booking as long as you understand the sleeping arrangements. No Pets Quiet hours - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am No parties or events No smoking Please rinse off sand as much as possible before entering condo. There are two outdoor showers; one by the exit toward the beach and one by the pool. BEFORE LEAVING! Dispose of all food and drinks in kitchen and refrigerator. Take trash bags outside and place on brick wall in the hallway. Turn A/C to 74 and close all shades. Turn off any lights and fans. Do not close safe when leaving.
