This all started on a slightly bad note on my behalf. Then followed with a door issue. On behalf of Shawn, he was very nice and courteous with me, even to the point of helpful and forgiving. Thank you for being there for me. Look forward to our next visit.
Place has two wasrooms , but wasrooms has no privecy 1 wasroom missing Door locks another wasroom missing DOORs :) , it only had big curtains
great location, comfortable, loved the kitchen and laundry, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, hot water yay!, very helpful hosts. I am hoping to stay there again, or another of their rentals.
Double book, took our money, and didn't return it till the following week. Made vacationing a little more stressful than it was supposed to be.

Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.. (Upon Check-out please lock front door by hitting lock symbol on keypad). We are currently not offering any late checkouts or early check-ins. Non-adherence to the checkout rules will result in a trip charge of $100. Leeward Isle Condominiums. 15002 Leeward Dr. Apt. 5203 Corpus Christi TX 78418 The digital lock box on the door has a reset button. We set these. Do not touch or reset code. If you are locked out, there will be a $25 service fee to reset the combination. Upon check out, return any keys to lock box. All condos are non-smoking. Please do not leave outside door open as smoke will get in condo and the AC out. Upon returning from beach, please rinse suits and body prior to entering pool and prior to placing in washing machine. Water hose bibs are located throughout complex and are for tenants and guests use. Should housekeeping have to scrub any tar from the shower or any other surfaces in the condo, an additional $65 cleaning fee to have it removed will be billed to your account via Airbnb. PET POLICY: I'm sorry. Unfortunately, this is a NO PET property. We know how you love to travel with your pet but they are not allowed in this unit. There shouldn't have been an option to add your pet in the reservation. ADA service animals are not allowed on furniture, including beds and couches. They may not be left alone at the property. All service animal waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Any ADA policy supersedes this message. ‼️🚨 ABUSE OF THE SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY ENACTED BY THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) WILL BE REPORTED TO AIRBNB AND THE ADA WHO COULD IMPOSE PENALTY OR FINES. ‼️🚨 UNAUTHORIZED PETS WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $38 PER ADDITIONAL PET.
