HOUSE RULES We’re glad you’re here! Please help us keep this home beautiful and respect our neighbors in the Pathways to the Sea community. • Check-in: After 4:00 PM. Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures require advance approval. • Maximum occupancy: 12 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors require prior approval. • Minimum booking age: The primary guest must be at least 25 and stay at the property throughout the reservation. No third-party bookings. • No parties or events. Please keep music and conversation at a considerate level, especially outdoors. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM, or stricter community-posted hours. • No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please dispose of any smoking materials safely and never leave them on the grounds. • Pets are prohibited. Please do not bring pets into the home or onto the property, including visiting pets. Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law and booking-platform policies. • Pool: Follow all posted community rules and hours. Children must be supervised by an adult. No glass in the pool area. No Lifeguard on site. • Outdoor cooking: Use cooking equipment only in designated, permitted areas. Never leave it unattended, and turn it off and clean up after use. • Parking: Use only unmarked spaces. Do not block neighboring spaces, garages, driveways or community access. • Beach gear: Please rinse off sand before entering and keep sandy equipment outside in permitted areas. Use designated beach or pool towels outdoors. • Tar: Please make sure that you wipe off all tar before entering the home. It is easy to get off of yourself but nearly impossible to get out of fabric or off of surfaces like the showers/tubs. There is an extra $65 cleaning fee for tar removal. • Care for the home: Please keep furniture indoors and in its original location. Report damage, spills or maintenance issues promptly so we can help. • Plumbing: Flush toilet paper only. Please do not flush wipes, even those labeled “flushable,” or other hygiene products. • Safety: This home has three stories. Please supervise children around stairs and the pool. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or other safety equipment. • Before you leave: Place trash in the designated containers, load and start the dishwasher, load towels and start washing machine, turn off cooking equipment and lock all doors.
